1 year of not self harming

It's been a year since I self harmed, it was a year this February. I generally don't like broadcasting my personal endeavors but I want people to know that they are not alone and stopping is doable,difficult but doable. To anyone who loves someone suffering, the best thing you can do is not judge them, do not yell at them. Talk to them and not at them, they need support not criticism. Here's to another year.
